ePRISMS MANAGEMENT

EPRISMS is a tool that allows facility managers to combine existing and new CAD data with RPI data to visualize a more holistic view of how the APG community utilizes its space. In addition, PRISMS allows APG to provide a more accurate RPI to compare and update GFEBS (the RPI database of record).

SPACE PLANNING & REAL PROPERTY

Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) requires the Installation Commanders to conduct local real property inventories and report certain general information and statistical data so that a central inventory of Army military real property accountability records may be maintained.

CFOA SUPPORT

The CFO of 1990 (Public Law 101-576) was signed into law by President George H. W. Bush on November 15, 1990. It mandates that the chief financial officers of agencies covered by the Act develop and maintain agency financial management systems that comply with applicable accounting principles, standards, and requirements; internal control standards; Department of the Treasury, and other regulatory and standards setting organizations.

FACILITY UTILIZATION SURVEY/PRISMS

Conduct Facility Utilization Surveys and manage and populate the Enterprise Proactive Real Property Interactive Space Management System (ePRISMS) at APG, Maryland. 

COMPUTER AIDED DRAFTING & DESIGN

VanJoh provides a full range of CADD & Surveying Services, As-Built Data Management, CADD conversion, Large Format Scanning & Printing, On-Site Training, acceptance, tracking and management of all Project Close-Out deliverables, and many other digital services.

FACILITY MAINTENANCE AND WORK ORDER MANAGEMENT

APG DPW operates and maintains 3,300 facilities, structures, utilities, roads, land and over 40,000 pieces of equipment in over 30,000 separate locations. DPW serves over 80 Garrison Supported Organizations (GSO) consisting of about 20,000 civilian and military personnel and over 16 million square feet of space.

FACILITY MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT

VANJOH provides FMS and GFEBS support allowing DPW to manage, capture and track: inspection, maintenance and repair activities.  This allows management to optimize the use of its scarce resources (manpower, equipment, material and funds) to maintain an organization’s facilities.
